    Terms & Conditions

    1. The full name as mentioned in the sale agreement is to be filled in and used across the communication channels.
    2. Any mismatch in the details shared will lead to rejection of the form.
    3. The referral team will validate the application form within 48 working hours (2 business days) and will confirm/reject after the completion of the evaluation process.
    4. KYC process: Detailed KYC will be carried out during the evaluation process.
    5. Referrer (Nikoo’s Customer) to come with mandatory docs as below:
      a) Address proof and photo identity details (Aadhar card and Pan card).
      b) Sale deed or existing sale agreement signed with BUPL.
    6. Referred to share the mandatory docs (Aadhar and Pan card) copies.
    7. The KYC process is mandated to happen in person at BUPL premises.
    8. The vouchers for the referral reward will be shared after the successful closure of the sale agreement.
    9. Referral reward will be as per the Nikoo homes “Referral Policy” which will get updated from time to time.

    11. By joining the referral program, Referrers and Referred give consent to receive updates and promotions from BUPL.
    12. BUPL reserves all rights to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.
