Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit the amount paid, if the amounts are not paid as per the terms of booking: (a) In case the applicant cancels the application voluntarily after submitting the unit application but prior to execution of Agreement to Sell (ATS) then the entire earnest money will be refunded within 60 days of the intimation of cancellation after deducting an administrative cost of Rs. 50,000/- and any card swiping charges if applicable. (b) Booking amount with applicable GST would be forfeited in the event of withdrawal post agreement is executed. The terms of cancellation will be at the sole discretion of the Company. All such refunds will be made within 60 days from the date of receipt of cancellation notice. All taxes paid / payable up-to cancellation will also be forfeited / recovered.
